  Faida Tshiuma: Meri Meri Kindergarten
Faida is a refugee from the Congo who opened a childcare center for children of refugees and foreign workers in South Tel Aviv. She offers 12 hour childcare to children aged 1-3 (older siblings come after school). She created a safe, nourishing and enriching environment where children are lovingly cared for and parents don’t worry! .
  Mariam Al Waswas: Darin Center for Personal Awareness
Mariam has a social enterprise for Arab women in Lod. Her center facilitates personal development running support groups for women of all ages. In addition she works with a co-ed teenage group, training teen leaders. She also provides supportive and respectful forums for adult women with school aged children to give and receive apathy and support from each other, and a vibrant and active social life for young grandmothers in her community. She integrates field trips and outings into her curriculum, emphasizing that it is okay for a woman to find time for herself and her friends, and that she shouldn't always be the last priority after her husband, household and children. Mariam is truly redefining the social order and creates space for FUN in women's lives.
